The Stock Market Game Guide (Elementary, Middle, High; $9.00)

This binder includes 18 lesson plans for middle and high school students. Field-tested by teachers and reviewed by economics educators, each lesson provides a brief overview, a description of the lesson's economic content, a list of learning objectives for students, vocabulary, and classroom activities for the teacher. The lessons address topics such as: What is a Stock?; How to Read a Stock Table; Supply and Demand; Why Stock Prices Change?

The SMG Educator (High, Adult; free of charge)

Distributed four times a year, this newsletter identifies innovative ways of implementing The SMG Program in the classroom and across the curriculum. It also keeps teachers up-to-date with news related to the program. Past issues have included tips on meeting economic standards through The Stock Market Game, a tutorial on the Nasdaq stock market, and how to utilize The Stock Market Game in various subject areas.

Learn to Earn (High, Adult; $6.25)

Peter Lynch and John Rothchild's best-selling book is a 263-page (fast reading) text that addresses need-to-know elements of economics and the securities industry. This book discusses the early beginnings of our economic system, basic investing, how companies raise money, and some practical suggestions for picking stocks and making investments. Stock Market Game Adventure (Elementary, Middle, High; $5.00)

A fast-paced, eight-minute video designed to motivate students to learn about the world of stocks in our financial system. Sponsored by Fidelity Investments, it features Peter Lynch and includes a two-page teacher's guide.

Learning from the Market: Integrating The Stock Market Game Across the Curriculum (Elementary, Middle, High, Adult; $10.50)

This curriculum guide is designed to help teachers connect The Stock Market Game to their school's curriculum through 24 classroom-tested lessons. Curricular areas addressed include business, language arts, mathematics, economics, and social studies. Instructional and assessment materials are included as well. This story traces the growth of a company from an idea to a product to how that company manages its resources to insure its continued growth. Through an imaginative storyline and cartoon character named Ump, this book is an attractive starting point for economic education.
