As part of Financial Literacy Month
“Did you know that over
$10 billion dollars in loose change is sitting in homes across America
not earning a nickel of interest? That breaks down to $99 of loose change per
family!”
Have your students and their families find their loose change and “wrap and roll” and deposit it in a savings account at their local bank.
That’s it!!

Let students write about their “wrap and roll” adventures with finding money in pockets, cars, drawers and closets and send their stories to KCEE and we’ll post the best ones and send a thank you recognition. |
